I would like to first congratulate you on a year of holding the Tower of Water! You are a real inspiration to us all. I would also like to say… I am here to hopefully end that streak! I would like to challenge you for that tower. I’ve been away a bit, and have learned a few things… And I’m here for my chance to have the tower to myself!

This challenge happened!

I was on hand to witness the Keeper of Titanic proportions, Eregor, attempt a seventh defense in his year-long reign! Morgan LaFey wanted to celebrate the milestone in proper fashion - with a challenge! The gentlemen were in fine form tonight in this best of three that was fought entirely in Poseidon!

The first match saw Morgan get a lead of 1.5 points at its widest. Eregor, no stranger to these high-pressure matches, made it back to tie it first at 3 and then again at 4 (after Morgan got to match point first) and then the next round took the match! He won, 5-4 in 8 rounds!

The second match appeared to be the Eregor show for a while ... the Keeper got to 3-0 in 4 rounds. Morgan, though, pulled some fancy tricks of his own and caught up in the next 4 rounds to knot the score at 3.5 all! The next round saw Eregor get a minor lead and he capitalized on it the 10th round, his bubbles surrounding Morgan to take the win and secure his seventh defense!

Eregor wins 5-4 in 8 and 5.5-4.5 in 10 to defend his title. Congrats Eregor and well tried Morgan!
