Strange Fog, Disappearances in Dockside and Beyond!

[Bloodbound]

A strange fog has been flowing through the Dockside neighborhood of Three Foxes Court, corresponding with a spike in disappearances, murder victims drained of their blood, and other reports of vampiric activity. Lately it has occasionally manifested in other parts of Dockside and elsewhere in the city of RhyDin, lasting for minutes to hours and sometimes covering entire city blocks at a time. Local paladins have warned that the fog seems to empower certain types of undead, not only giving them cover but the ability to move quickly and, in some circumstances, provide creatures sensitive to sunlight the ability to hunt in the daytime.

Encounters with the following have been reported occurring in the fog:

• Vampire spawn and fledgling vampires
• Wolves that can manifest from shadows
• Vampire-worshipping cultists
• Massive swarms of bats
• Feral, unintelligent gargoyles

Feel free to play out or vapor encounters with the fog and these creatures, including destroying the creatures and/or finding ways to dispel the fog where it occurs in the rest of RhyDin! I only ask that no one permanently resolves the problem in Three Foxes Court, though people are welcome to work on beating back the vampiric influence there.
