Sunday & Monday Fight Night on Discord

For the next two months Sunday and Monday fight night will now be held on the Ring of Discord discord channel.

Here is the full walkthrough to join the channel, register your character, and get started with the dueling bot (Google Doc Link). I know some of you are already there! Kalamere or others in the channel will help set anyone up who might be confused. Feel free to practice duel with a friend to get used to the calling bot! These duels will not count as long as they take place anytime before or after the Sunday or Monday Night Fight Night shifts.

The regulation Sunday and Monday Night Fight Night shift will be: Monday, of course; starting at 8:00 PM EST through 1:00 AM EST.

Duels and RP will take place in the #Annex channel of the discord. Please be sure to use the "X" in the room selection portion of the challenge code. ( Example: ?chal x dof “Kalamere" ) This will make sure the duel takes place in the #annex channel.

IMPORTANT: Title matches cannot be held on Discord even during Sunday and Monday Fight Night. Title matches must still be done on Rings of Honor.

I Want to Duel

1. Send ?auth [RoH User ID] to the Nexus Guide Bot
a. Look at the url when you are on your RoH profile for User ID # (at the end it says u=###, enter the ### part)
b. Example: ?auth 589 for JewellRavenlock to be authorized

2. Get a friend to do the same. We’ll call your friend George.

3. Send ?chal x dos “George" to Nexus Guide Bot to challenge George to a DoS duel in the Annex.
a. If this is an IFL duel, it’s simply: ?ifl “George" for dof duel in the ifl_garden

4. George should then send ?accept back to Nexus Guide Bot

5. Use ?m [move code] to Nexus Guide Bot
a. Say sidestep as the example: ?m ss or ?m fss to fancy.

6. George will send moves as well and the duel progresses until complete and a winner is called.

7. Repeat from step 5 possibly using different rooms, sports or opponents.

8. You can always send ?help to the Nexus Guide Bot for a full list of commands for how to duel or get move lists, standings or other useful information.

I Want to Change My Display Name

1. Want to appear as something other than your main discord name? Add an RoH character nickname by messaging the Nexus Guide Bot: ?addnick [roh id] [“character name"] (ex: ?addnick 4123 “Rath"). Please be sure to use the quotation marks with your chosen name inside.

2. To switch to your other identities after you’ve added them, message ?be [“character name"] to the bot (ex: ?be “Rath").

Note: If you switch your name, people will still be able to click on your profile to view your main discord name and see who you are.
