The Hayashibara Division is named after Aya Hayashibara: A fierce fighter with a serious demeanor. Aya was the first female duelist to become All Title Holder of the Duel of Swords. With blades and her favored naginata she carved through the Arena to gain 8 Baronies (with a total of 1,593 days reigned) and the honor of being the 86th Overlord of the Duel of Swords.

The symbol of the Hayashibara Division is the Blue Lotus.
