Guaire scanned the short note once more; the looping script was undoubtedly Xeric's own writing. The words brought an excited chill through Guaire and his lips curled into their usual smirk. He sat the note back on the small wooden table beside his bed before rising from it.
"Masses to manipulate, a man to destroy," he mumbled to himself as he crossed the polished wooden floor. He pulled the freshly painted door open while considering Xeric's final instructions: 'Do not be gentle. Do not be silent.' Pulling the door closed behind him, Guaire felt the chill once more as he considered the task he had been handed.

These few words are left on the corkboard.

edit to correct the date from the 3rd to the 2nd, which is what next Wednesday actually is.

Tentative? If you and Baron von Bile don't have an exact date and time set, there's no need to write anything on the cork. If you have arranged it, then we need it to be set, not tentative.

Jewell and I would like to offer our services as arm candy for your upcoming challenge with Mr. Bryne. You can consider this partial payment of our debt in regards to the date we owe you. Be sure to bring flowers since we like those. Do not bring chocolates because I do not wish to be poisoned. Dress well because we do not wish to look bad.

Dear Coordinator Rayvinn,

Nothing will atone for the absence of said date in full except.. a date. However I will allow both yourself and the Baroness of Dockside the once in a lifetime pleasure of being present in my company. Should you both offer me some sacrifice worthy of praise, I may even list you as my Ladies of Honor.

Dear Lord Bile,

We are sacrificing our time, integrity, sense of decency, tolerance for ridiculousness, and our reputations by being seen willingly in your company in public. I'm not sure what greater sacrifice one could make.

It would be foolish for me to openly admit my doubts about either of your sense of decency or integrity. With that being said; they are very real and forthcoming. A child or two may suffice seeing as how it is the highest honor you two may take part in.

Jewell is assuming that she is going to play the part of Lady of Honor (one of two!) this evening and dresses accordingly. The arm sling that her left arm is currently confined to is glamoured to perfectly match the outfit.

Nayun was gonna test Guaire, but Jewell, Bile's Lady of Honor, as a renegade Baron, stepped in to try allowing Guaire to get through to Bile.
