The following press release was distributed to the local news agencies as well as pinned on the Arena’s cork board:

After much discussion and deliberation and in the wake of the recent Overlord Challenge, the Baronesses of Old Temple and Old Market as well as the Baron of Battlefield Park feel that the time has come to also make a change. While we offer congratulations to the new Overlady on her victory and outgoing Overlady King on a fine reign, as of this release, all three Barons will be declaring Renegade alignment to Overlady Melanie Rostol. General inquiries on the matter may be sent to the Team Dirty Press Office at the Old Temple Baronial Manor or directed to each of the Barons at their respective residences.

Team Dirty is proud to announce that Dirty Captain and Senior Baroness Claire Caelum came out on top against 100th Overlord Kimone Kidd in a single bout match to claim the title of the supreme duelist of the Arena, Overlord! Congratulations to Claire on claiming the 101st Overlord mantle for her own. In celebration, the Overlord's Isle will host an open to the public party on Saturday, March 28th starting at 8:00 PM. Come out and help us celebrate!

Congratulations to both Shadow and Claire on their recent barony wins. Shadow took home the Barony of Dragons Gate, a familiar ring for him and Claire bested Sabine Gabrielle for the Barony of Old Market, this after Sabine took Old Market from Dirty Co-Captain Hope.

Team Dirty is proud to report the addition of Terry King to the Dirty family. Terry is the current baron of Battlefield Park, was the 98th Overlord, former baron of Old Market, New Haven, Seaside, and Dragon's Gate, two time holder of the yellow opal, MoonBeryl, and the 18th winner of the Panther's Claw. In short, a fine addition to the roster and we're glad to welcome her aboard.

Public Announcement from the desk of Giovanni Diamante, PR for Team Dirty & Caelum Enterprises:

On the eve of another season of Iron Fists League, I am pleased to announce that not only will Team Dirty be returning but will be bringing a whole lot of friends along. What do you do when you have so much talent that you can't fit it all on one team? Why, you make two teams of course!

Dirty: Pink and Dirty: Black will be two separate teams both operating under the Team Dirty banner. On Dirty: Pink, you'll find several of the Dirty names you know and love, including Powerhouses Hope Naharis, Shadow, and Vincent Smith, along with Heavyweights Claire Caelum and Zack Alcar as well as new recruit Gunther Queen. Yes, of that Queen fame. With Dirty: Black, we've assembled Heavyweights Bob and Grace Frigg, Middleweight Dean Reighland, newcomers Ahni Valyntine and Jojo Oni, all captained by Outback Emerald and former Opal holder Terry King!

It's shaping up to be an exciting year for our teams, so stay tuned for more IFL action and all the Dirty you can handle.

The home office would like to congratulate Zack Alcar on last night's Panther's Claw win. In a field of six, Zack came out on top in a Slugfest style tournament to claim the Panther's Claw for the fall cycle.

2&#41; DIRTY&#58; PINK &#40;0-0&#41; Claire and the gang return after gaining the best regular season record in 2014. Hope and Shadow are still here, while Zack has shown improvement, winning the most recent Panther's Claw Slugfest. They get some added help in the form of Vincent Smith, multiple Diamond and Opal winner. He could be the key to the Championship. They'll certainly give Team Fist a run for their money.

6&#41; DIRTY&#58; BLACK &#40;0-0&#41; TEAM DIRTY EXPLODES! Into two teams! Terry King, two time MoonBeryl holder, will be the Captain for Claire's second squad. Ruby Grace from the Rock Hards, Dean from Top Flight, and Bob will flesh out the roster. Other than Terry, this team doesn't have many heavy hitters, but they should have enough moxie to give their opponents a fight.

Overview&#58; Rebranded with a color attached, this is essentially the same Team Dirty from the previous two seasons, with one exception&#58; they're not underdogs anymore. In 2013 they finished 7th and missed the post-season entirely. In 2014 they finished 1st, only to be escorted out of the playoffs in the second round by The Rock Hards. Now they're a veteran team after just two years, with only Team Fist having participated in the league longer. During the off season Claire trimmed the fat, dropping almost all of her underperformers &#40;Khoom, Rick, Sandy&#41; as well as picking up Powerhouse IFL Champion Vincent "Clutch in the Crutch" Smith and rookie Gunther Queen. Having smartly secured the lion's share of Powerhouse fighters this season, Pink is clearly poised to be a dominant force in the league in 2015.

Fighter&#40;s&#41; To Watch&#58; Pick one. Half of this team finished in the top 8 last season. It's probable that much like last year they'll be neck and neck competing for individual accolades again, and even more probable that one of them will take home the MVP award.

Keys To Success&#58; Calm captaining. Considering the amount of rank and skill this roster has to throw around in any given week the only thing that can sink this ship is the pressure of expectation. If the boat hits some choppy waves it'll be up to Claire to keep her fighters from panicking and tumbling overboard. A spotty or below average performance from one or two brawlers won't be the end of the world and Pink should still be able to reliably cruise into the playoffs and have a much easier time of it this year.

Overview&#58; The second team this year that carries Dirty's name is legitimately new to the league. While they may not have nearly as much clout as their counterpart, Black is arguably the best looking group out of all the freshman teams. Their three league rookies &#40;King, Niha, Jojo&#41; will have good backup from Bob & Grace, and Dean Reighland's championship experience will be invaluable in giving this squad a solid shot at the post-season.

Fighter&#40;s&#41; To Watch&#58; Terry King. While a meaty portion of this year's rookies will start off as Trainees, King is one of only four freshmen entering the league at Flyweight, and thanks to her extensive time in the Outback she's head and shoulders above the rest of the pack. With two Heavyweights and a Middleweight she won't be expected to bear this team's load in her debut season, meaning more opportunities to coast under the radar and shine with performances that'll likely be overlooked by most in the box score until the year is over.

Keys To Success&#58; Decisive victories over their rookie competition. In an eight team league the minimum record to gain a playoff berth is generally 3-4. With Black sitting at the middle of the pack, if they can manage to beat most of the teams below them on this list the playoffs are clearly in sight. However they need to make certain they throw the kitchen sink at the squads weaker than them and dominate in those wins, just in case they get steamrolled by the big dogs. Staying focused and not taking any teams for granted will be essential if they're looking to join Pink in the post-season.

Thank you all for a great season of Iron Fists League. Going into the playoff break, the Caelum Training Centre will be open 24 hours for all members of both squads. Trainers will be on hand for those who wish to utilize them.

Additionally, all members and their families are invited to a Christmas party at Caelum Manor on Saturday, December 19th at 8 PM. Eat, drink, and celebrate another season on the books!
