Ghosts and Goblins alike are out in full force this month. The Arena will be taking on the theme of Halloween until November! Stay clear of the cobwebs, witches brews, and other such spooky things. Also... if you see something moving in the shadows... it might not be your eyes playing tricks on you.

The KING OF THE RING tournament will take place October the 29th at 8:30 PM (EST)!
The Headless Horseman, who is not made of straw by the way, looking down from the sky boxes has deemed only EIGHT duelists may enter. How, oh how, will you be able to secure yourself a spot?
By sign ups? Oh-ho-ho, no.
By dueling. Yes, children of the night, you will have to put your life ( ahem, not really ) on the line to please the Headless Horseman! Duelists must duel in Swords during the next two DoS weeks. Each week, after a duelist fights TWO DUELS, they will be rewarded a ticket. On Monday, October the 27th, there will be a drawing to see which eight duelists will be allowed to enter the KING OF THE RING tournament.
To the eight who get their hands on a photoluminescent ticket to the King of the Ring tournament. You will want to go shopping since this tournament will be of the masquerade type. And please! No telling anyone who you are. The masks will come off soon enough when a participant is thrown out of the ring!
The prize of this tournament?
Not only will you be crowned the next Pumpkin King ( or Queen ) of the Ring, but the winner will also gain a CHALLENGE GRANT to be used against any of the Barons!
Second place might not get a fancy crown.. but they will also be rewarded a challenge grant for their valiant effort!
Both grants MUST be used on either the 30th or the 31st of October! Or else they will burn into nothing but green ash. These two grants will supersede any grace period that a Baron may be under.
