So... Something happened.
There's really no need for questions, so none of you should question this.
None of you at all.
Okay! Fine! Maybe, JUST MAYBE, I stealthily tiptoed mine way into Old Man Matt Simons office.
and MAYBE, just MAYBE, I stole IceDancer.

and... MAYBE, just MAYBE I accidentally tripped ( this will neither be confirmed or denied ) over mineself and dropped the Opal into the pool.
The pool which is still Annexed to Twilight Isle, no matter what ANYONE says.

Now. I will tell you what IS true.
IceDancer now sits at the bottom of the pool. This is true.
And now this pool is frozen solid. This is also true.
And now this frost is spreading throughout the Outback and making it into a Winter Wonderland. This is VERY true.
As I write this mine teeth are chattering from the chill.
I am also thinking of making yellow snow but I do believe the cameras still work in this establishment.

What ALSO is true? IceDancer spoke with me.
The stupid, STUPID Opal says it will not leave the pool unless it finds a worthy holder.
I find this childish. IceDancer is being a baby and should be punished.
While I do not negotiate with terrorists, I see that it is beneficial for me to get mine pool back.

This is why the People's Republic of RhyDin are calling to the citizens of the FREE RhyDin to come.
And I guess the Outback Staff wants the stupid Opal out of the pool too... But, whatever.

I will fix this problem with a simple solution.
There will be a TOURNAMENT! And not just ANY tournament!
A SPECIAL tournament.

EMERALDS OF THE OUTBACK!
Tape up your fists and put on a fur coat ( you will be needing it ).

Since this is a DUEL OF FISTS tournament!
Be prepared to pummel your opponent... possibly to death, but know I have first dibs on bodies.

Emeralds will be required to gain ONE activity duel in the next two weeks!
That's Monday, July 14th, 2014 through Saturday, July 26, 2014!
So, yes. You cannot go forward in time to 2015 and come back claiming you have an activity duel.
I've tried this before. It won't work.
Only after you've gained this duel can you sign up!

After you gain your activity duel, and IceDancers favor since it wants to witness you fight, you will be allowed into the tournament!

The Endless Waltz on Ice Tournament will take place on Sunday, July 27th, 2014 at 8:30 PM (EST)!

Registration for the tournament will close on Sunday, July 27th, 2014 at 8:00 PM (EST)!
Be sure to sign up! Or else you will be left in the snow!

On the Wednesdays of the 16th and the 23rd!
Kheldar will be allowing duelists to fight with the special rules of the tournament!
You know... The special "I will punch the crap out of you and you will like it!" rules I hinted at before.

There will ALSO be a prom set on the date of the The Endless Waltz on Ice Tournament!
This will be opened for everyone. Because why would a prom not allow everyone?
The Party Planning Committee head Member, Peaches, will be planning this prom.
Details will come soon! Just be sure to pick out your dress RIGHT NOW!
So get ready to watch people beat each other bloody while you dance in a winter wonderland!

So sign up below when you get your duel!
And don't worry. The cold never bothered me anyway!

(( **The only moves allowed during the tournament will be the following: armblock, jab, chop, flip, duck, dodge, hook, uppercut, leap.
Players will be allowed, however, to hook two rounds in a row before needing to choose another move.
This format was used in a GREAT Halloween Panther's Claw tournament Jaycy ran years ago.

If you want to fight with this tournament format, please visit the Outback on the Wednesdays of the 16th and the 23rd. This is allowed to all ranks.

There will be a Dance Event for the community going on before, during, and possibly after the tournament. Information added soon and will be in its own thread.

Already the first night and five of you have fought? BUSY, BUSY BEES!

The seeding for this tournament will be RANDOMLY RANDOM! There will be a gambling meeting outside in the Back Alley* when sign ups are closed! There, dice will be rolled to see who will take what spot in seeding!

(( *"The Back Alley" chat room on RDI side. Duelists will be given a number [Melanie = 1, Apple = 2, JC = 3. Etc, etc.] and rolls will be made to choose seeding. ))
