A dense fog drifts through the Annex, in particular lingering over the rings and causing a thick haze to hang over duelists as they fight it out in themed rings. Wraiths have been substituted for the usual servers, catering to spectators' every food and beverage need. The usual torchlight that washes over the Annex has been replaced with purple and blue flames, casting an eerie glow and shadows that dance even when the flames do not.
Should a match catch your fancy, the rings are sure to delight.
For instance, duck through the wrought iron ropes and into Ring Grave to dance around tombstones while duking it out with your opponent. Beware though...some of the inhabitants whose final resting places you duel upon don't take too kindly to people walking on their graves. Though should you prove yourself victorious, perhaps Ring Grave won't become your own tomb.
If dancing on graves isn't your thing, try the uneven footing afforded by the randomly altered gravity and alien technology in Ring Prometheus. Flashing lights and unearthly sounds fill the ring as you float amongst the stars and bounce your way through your match. Get too close to the edge of the ring and you might find yourself covered in gooey alien slime.
Ash falls gently over the last ring, burning embers falling from up above. All goes quiet when you step in Ring Silent, outside sound cut off from the inhabitants of the ring. Infernal flames flare at the ring's edge, closing the duelists in until the fight's conclusion. Periodically, sirens go off, filling the ring with the loud warning blare.
And last but not least, for those duelists just wanting a little sassy fun, we have the classic Jello-Shot filled pool, infused with Black Cherry vodka. Because everyone needs to look a little more bloody.
For those simply wishing to enjoy an evening in the Annex, the Sassy Owl Saloon will be catering with made to order fare as well as a standard buffet and dessert bar. Glow in the dark jello shots are also available for those who want to partake, as well as a full line of Halloween themed drinks.
Bloody Rum Punch:
Rum, red wine, lime juice, triple sec, simple syrup, limes and blood oranges
Dracula's Kiss:
Black cherry vodka, grenadine, cola, and maraschino cherries
Blood and Sand:
Scotch, cherry brandy, sweet vermouth, orange juice, orange slice
The Hpnotist:
Hpnotiq, premium vodka, lemon juice and a glow stick garnish
Wolf's Bite Shooter:
Absinthe, Midori, lemon-lime soda, pineapple juice, grenadine
