Mel,
You have had en excellent run since stepping into the Outback. You wreaked havoc for three weeks against every glass ranked fighter you could find. That's not to take anything away from you, going 26-5-1 against any weight class is still impressive. If you're going to throw the ERS numbers at Seirichi though, you might glance a few notches up to the top of that list after locating your own name.
I'll also warrant that even in your short span of activity, you have accomplished more in the Outback than I. Record time to earn yourself an Opal, while I've never claimed one myself. One failed attempt at this same rock a couple years ago. It may well be that you are the better fighter and I ought resolve myself strictly to titles won by skill of arms; I won't deny being more comfortable with blade in hand. Having failed to prove yourself superior in our single encounter however, this will be your opportunity to validate the claim.
Seirichi, I apologize but it's against policy for The Line to set odds on any individual fight in which I am personally involved. Were I to set a line, it would surely favor Miss Rostol as the incumbent title holder and in consideration of her very impressive rise to title. Perhaps Jake or G'nort will have a place for you to wager on the outcome.
Matt or Kheldar, we'll need one of you to validate this challenge (or not, whichever is appropriate). Again, with personal involvement, I must abstain from the duty.

Aw. That would require effort.. I don't want to roll G out of bed and I'm not stepping near whatever Jake sleeps on.Kalamere wrote:Seirichi, I apologize but it's against policy for The Line to set odds on any individual fight in which I am personally involved. Good luck in your match though.

Finally, a challenge worth caring about.
I will continue to awe the peasants of Rhy'Din with my ability to see into the future and effortlessly rob the betting houses of their coin.
Without getting more specific against any lines, I'll put a name down now.
Kalamere wins. On account of at least half of him being genetically superior.

The challenge happens tonight! Be sure to get your bets in!
Right now, betting is favoring Melanie. Will Napoleon show to cheer Kalamere on? Will Lem show to earn spectator points? We'll find out tonight!

As of this posting there was no Candy sighting.
They came, they fought, there can only be one winner.
Nappy also gave out points which he will post later.
It took three duels but we have a new opal holder.
Congrats, Kal and well reigned Mel.

Kalamere and Mel started off rather generously, so I got to give points right off the bat! Lem got a yellow point, and Elaine got a purple point!
Eventually I was able to give Harris a blue point and Jewell a blue point with purple iridescence!
After that, Kalamere and Mel started hoarding all the points until the second duel was almost done, but Queen prevailed with a pretty light gold point followed by King getting a pink point with a pretty green ribbon!
The third duel no one could get a point out of the combatants!
I gave out one last point cuz Kenzi was cheering awfully hard even though she was sad because Rath ate her pet fish. She got a pink one that looked like it might bend into a bracelet. She does not, however, get any baby rodents until she can prove she can keep them safe from being eaten or squished!
I think I got the points sorted right. Tara came in and sometimes things get confusing when she's around.
Spectators tied for for the night, but Lem probably leads in overall ranking.
PS, I got 800 more wraiths and 12 demons. We're going raiding!
CongRATs to Kal on getting a shiny! Mel says she's gonna get herself a Diamond!
