Who knew that Sublimation characters would turn up in the dueling rings?

As many people already know, there's an open SL going on (as explained over on the RDI) that has many people creating stories for alternate versions of their characters.

In recent days, some of those alternate characters have started showing up in the rings!

Which presented some questions about how they should be handled for rank and standings.

Here are some answers!

1. Sublimation/Alt characters will not carry the rank of the original character. They will start and duel at Commoner/Glass/Apprentice rank just like any other new character. If they stick around long enough to gain rank, that will be reflected on the standings.

2. Sublimation/Alt character WoLs will remain distinct. They will not get rolled into the regular character's WoL.

To help facilitate tracking for the callers and standings keepers, we request that folks create a new SN for their Alts. If players use their regular chat/forum login to play their Alt characters, it will be difficult for callers/standings keepers to recognize the duels. It helps if the players inform the Caller that the character is an Alt, however when the duel is recorded having a new/unique SN will make it easier to differentiate for standings purposes.

3. Please create a new login for your Subllimation Alt! And be sure to notify the caller that you are dueling with an alternate character just to avoid confusion.
