During the afternoon Overlord challenge preparations
(During the afternoon preparations in the Arena for the Overlord challenge)
An oxen drawn wagon pulls up to the loading dock at the Red Dragon Inn meant for items to be delivered down to the basement dueling arena with two men, one middle aged with the other being fresh off the farm in exuberance disembarking straightaway to meet at the rear of the wagon to which the tailgate is unhitched revealing some excellent crafted furniture. Four plush high backed chairs carved from an exotic wood with all kinds of dragon motifs prevalent are unloaded along with two side end tables of similar wood carving style. A few stanchions with velvet rope to fence off a VIP area packed in a crate are also unloaded from the wagon with some other folded material occupying the crate.
The two men once they get the gear down into the arena they found a position at the base of one of the bleachers nearest the ring being used for the Overlord challenge match tonight they had been instructed to locate and where to setup the gear. Right in front of the lowest bleacher the four chairs were set up in a row with a minimal slight curve inward and a gap between the second and third chair of a couple meters with the one side end table between the 1st and 2nd chairs and the other side end table between the 3rd and 4th chairs. The VIP velvet rope stanchions were positioned on the 3rd row bench across behind the length of space the chairs took up before turning down to divide that section of the bleachers from the rest down the way. The other folded material turns out to be a wrapped cushion that is affixed to the lowest bleacher between the 2nd and 3rd chairs of the group.
The serving staff of the dueling venue are given instructions along with a decent amount of coin to as to what types of drinks needed to be in what types of containers which had to be in the correct position just in time for the Overlord challenge match beginning ceremonies for attendees in the VIP section they had just set up and placed a reserved for “KoR Warlords Only” sign. After given all the furniture a quick double check on cleanness and polish the two men who had been joking and jiving with each other during the whole process about their recent foray at a gambling establishment were soon back upon the wagon coaxing the oxen to move on towards the direction of the stables at Solaris Manor.
As the two men wearing the beige badge of citizens of the Echigo Highlands realm were withdrawing on their ox drawn wagon a trio of soldiers of the Midnight Guardsmen wearing the elite surcoat with crimson etchings in the Knights of Rhonabwy emblem of the Praetor’s personal guard armor and gear took up positions in the VIP area to stand watch to insure nothing was tampered or violated within the VIP area all the way through till the end of the Overlord challenge match and the Knights have departed for the evening later.

Given that the challenge shall take place within a ring filled with sand, are there no precautions being taken for when the August Supreme Duelist takes a s**t mid-duel? Ticallion, I do not advise sidestepping or ducking in the round following a Rakeesh stophit.

HDT Enterprises would be only slightly subtle. The Silver and Blue Banner emblazoned with a Dragon floating over a trio of the sky boxes set to watch the match from above. The minibar was stocked with several bottles of more expensive liquors, cigars imported from the Isle of Kamut sitting out for those who wish to partake. There would be no lack of comfort for those who watched from these seats, make no mistake. And it would gladly keep the box owner and his friends away from the rabble who may make the event less than entertaining.

Ships over a supply of PretzelBoy brand pretzels to stock the skyboxes and the bar to go along with the array of Badsider brews, including Badsider Ale, Bad Wolf Stout, Beat Down Bold, Broot, and the last of the Wicked Winter Ale.
Also places an order with Munro's Deli & Ice Cream Shoppe, to cater the skyboxes, with a selection of snacks, veggie trays, mini-sandwiches to complement the cupcakes from Topical Cupcakes.

Wrecking Crew threw subtle out the window. Two large WRC banners hung from another set of skyboxes, to the left of Team Beat Down's setup. In between the WRC banners was a third, larger banner - this one for the Rhydin Shield Association. Families and individuals from Old Temple, all of whom had been touched in some way by the Overlord's reckless registration proposal, were invited to sit in the skyboxes as guests of Wrecking Crew Enterprises.
To the sides of the WRC banners hung several Wrecking Crew & Team Beat Down "Not My Overlord" shirts. Cases of Silver Mark: Blue and an assortment of on-ice Silver Mark brews were available both on the ground and in the skyboxes. Beverages were available free of charge but Rhydin Shield Association donation boxes were placed in several locations around the Arena and next to the drinks.

Do you know where that mouth has been?
Heck, it's possible she's even kissed Harris.
Are you sure you want some of that?
Stick with a firm handshake, followed by a hip-throw!

Goes great with a party, dancing, dueling, or any other social event!
This ad brought to you by Red Orc Brewery. Drink with abandon!

If this somehow qualifies me as an idiot based on some of the things I have read in this thread, then I am proud to be an idiot.
I support Tical. Why? Simple. Because I'd hit that.

The Champions of Mythos were also well represented in the Arena for the challenge. Rather than assuming a skybox, a white-and-blue striped tent bearing the team's logo was positioned near one corner of the challenge ring. The area around it was not roped up, though a large Champions of Mythos banner hung between two poles over the tent. Just outside of the tent is a donations box that read, 'Donations Go To Support the Academy of Bristle Crios'. Within the tent are two kegs of a little known import from another nation, 'Hyrthan Chocolate Stout', bottles of water kept in coolers, paper mugs - and baskets of free finger candies of many assortments all wrapped with the Champions of Mythos team logo on them, made by some company known as 'AstroYums'.
Stickers for AstroYums and Hyrthan Chocolate Stout also lined the bottom third of the Champions of Mythos tent. In front of the tent were a number of comfortable-looking lawn chairs, already set out for the challenge match to come.

Alongside the bleachers, VIP ropes and other teams there sits a cardboard box with a plaid shirt tossed over the top to act as a tablecloth. There are a variety of things spread out across the box. These are, but not limited to, chicken bones, a half eaten sandwich, marbles, a underwire from a bra, peanut shells, a ball of foil and a piece of banana, a chewed up shoe, and some twigs. Next to these items is a tin can with dollar signs drawn across the front of it with red fingerpaint. On the front of the box is a sign
