Yes. Yes it is.

Well, as serious as anything on the internet can be. Getting the show is simple enough, if people actually said those things, tho? Who knows for sure. :D Still damn funny and Battletoads has become a thing twixt me and Rekah.

Thanks to both Aja and Rena for both opening the duels early and staying late! Was a good night and tons of duels.

Thanks to Harris' player for doing some much overdue Opal statistics updates (these are all still done manually until we can get some sort of database built, hence the man reason for the large gaps between updates).

Props to Rakeesh's player for arranging and running the Overlord Grant's tournament - those things aren't easy!

Yep. I didn't shoot myself in the foot with it at all. :p

Thanks, though. I always enjoy running those things.

I want to thank Rekah and Rand both for tonight.

Near the end of the duel, my internet went out. Fortunately, I had service here at home and had AIM running on my phone. Through working with Rekah and Rand's acceptance, we were able to finish the Madness match, though I didn't win.

That aside, again, thank both of you.

I am cross-posting from Shine's OOC thread because I am so happy about this and the praise is very much deserved!

So, I'm posting here to brag about Candy Hart and Napoleon Bonarat, who sent Ellie some awesome commands while she was in chat tonight. Thanks to their combined efforts (they didn't know they were combining, but they were), I got a spark of inspiration and came up with the perfect way to end what will be the most important fight in the entire story. Just to tease you... thanks to them, I have now devised the happy ending to the Ellie vs. Serge fight that Brutus and Pixie foresaw.

Such is the vast benefit of sending our adorable heroine commands! We're writing this story together! Who knows what I may be inspired to have occur by the zany suggestions I get? Heck, we're writing the story even when we're not writing the story, thanks to the gracious volunteers who interact with Ellie in live play! In case it hasn't been clear, player-submitted commands in live play appear in italics.

Since this event is now central to the plot, I will post it up during the intermission between Act 2 (where we are now: the jailbreak) and Act 3 (what happens after Ellie is free, and after the training she is currently doing in the duels). But we can't get through Act 2 without your help! :D

In conclusion, thanks to everyone who has been sending Ellie commands in live chat! Please continue to do so; I'm having a lot of fun here, and I hope you all are too! :D
