Pathfinder Challenge! *

Post by DUEL Jasper »

The duels started off with a bang! Literally, someone dropped something on the floor. But, everyone was okay, no need to panic.

Then! There was hitting. Lots of it.

One guy hit the other, I'm pretty sure there were some profanities uttered, and lots of liquids were consumed!

But you're probably wondering who won!

Me too.

Oh wait, wrong cue cards! The winner, after a three match challenge was:

::drum rolls!!!!!!::

Well, I can't tell you that yet. You'll have to wait.

So, first round, Kheldar and Jake 'thrashed' it out (props to Candy for the pun.) well, more like Jake steam rolled Kheldar and led us to believe this would be a short night!

The second round was much more intense! Jake was perhaps secure in his winning the first and relaxed a bit and Kheldar swooped in to take advantage of that, leaving us to bite our nails in anticipation as the third round came into play!

The third round was edge of the seat, the boys kept it close, Jake started by trying to sweep Kheldar off his feet, but Kheldar prefers hot hair color changing assassins with a scar and a bad temper! So he jabbed the Orc down, denying him the first point and any consequential touchings that might have forced us to bring in a priest.

Kheldar then kept the momentum by chopping over Jake's snapkick but then fell prey to the first round and tried to sweep Jake off -his- feet. Jake prefers something more exotic than Kheldar as well and so he jabbed down Kheldar's swoonage and got his first point of the match!

Kheldar then tried to fake it like a woman, perhaps he needs more lessons from Caedia cause it didn't work. Then again, it worked enough to throw Jake off and no one advanced any in points until Jake saw his jab coming and threw his arms up to defend himself!

At the point of the tied points, the boys decided to mirror each other and trade jabs, keeping it close and causing everyone to watch closer, even the ever stoic Candy was looking interested!

Drinks were being downed, flirting and kilts were being talked about, and meanwhile, the boys fought on.

Kheldar jumped into the lead! Literally. Jake tried to 'snap' the points back in his favor but wasn't quick enough!

Jake tried to jab out and even things out again but Kheldar was quick to mirror and exchanged points for the win and the Opal!

Nice fighting you two!!!
