Tical,
I wish The Crew the best of luck in either keeping Mur from getting any more titles or taking away any he gets. After last night, I'm sure others will be joining that quest. Better, yet, knocking him back to Commoner.

Lord Karos,
I, too, am in agreement with you. Mur has made a mockery of many things over the last few days including himself, but it's not the first time.
As I am sure you have read, it was my sister who first called him out on his shenanigans over this tournament.
RDH
My daughter wishes to convey the following message to you:
Dear Rose's Papa,
I want to be in the Warlord Tournament someday and duel you. Not because I think I can win, but because I think you got a lot more respect for the rules than Mur does and it will be a tough but good fight.
Maggie Harker

To the Third Person Speaker,
The only Russian I know is Xeric. The only Anya that I know is Dr. Valkonan.
If you think it doesn't take strength and endurance for anyone, let alone a six year old child, to get to the final round of a tournament of this kind, then you have yet to enter one, compete, and get that far.
Rhiannon Harker
--------------------------------------
To family and friends who gave their support to our Maggie in her bid for the Talon, especially in the final round, we thank you. While she did not win, she gained something far more valuable than a sports' title.
The Harker Family

Mur,
I was quite wrong to correct my daughter when she dubbed you with the nickname of old gloat. She had you pegged rather well. From this day onward, I will no longer chastise her for nor discourage from using that epithet for you. It is fitting given your behavior. And it is mild compared to what you truly deserve. Guaire Bryne, who is often chastised for his brash behavior, treats his opponents with more respect than you do.
In light of your treatment of women in general, I offer the following:
May you suffer the curse of Macha until your fourth generation.

For the record, I just want to say that I think it's absolutely sick to let a six year old into a ring with grown men with weapons. I also have a six year old (if I don't clarify to say she'll be seven in ten days I'll never hear the end of it) and do you want to know where she was last night at midnight? At home in bed. Because that's where kids belong at that time of night.
Today she will go to gym class where they twirl around, jump in ball pits, and may learn to flip over the uneven bars if they feel like it. That's where she gets her exercise. Being a kid. She doesn't need to be thrown into a ring where blood is spilled on a nightly basis to live up to some family tradition.
Let your kids be kids. Keep them away from the violence.

Maria,
For your information, Maggie takes ballet classes twice a week, gymnastics once a week, can speak in at least two languages other than Rhydinian Common and is learning a third. She also enjoys horseback riding, painting, drawing, and reading. She also participates in self defense classes three times a week and the Duel of Magic.
You seem to be under the impression that Mairead is being forced into dueling, she is not and neither was I.
You raise your daughter the way you see fit and I'll do the same with both of mine and my son.

You missed my point which isn't surprising and you running around spouting off the list of things your child can do just proves what sort of mother you are. As for what my child can do, as for what classes she takes? Well, I believe in keeping her out of the public eye until she understands fully what becoming a public figure means.
Kids don't belong in the Arena. Personally, I don't know how a mother can sit by and watch someone take a sword to their barely school age child with the intent of making their child bleed. Is that your business? I suppose if the government in this city is that lax then, yes, it is.
However, it becomes everybody's business when you enter that child into a tournament and people must make the decision as to whether or not to face them or forfeit. This is a grown man's sport and your six year old has no business in it. I, personally, will never fight a six year old. I'm not going to hit a six year old with a bat. I'm not going to cause a six year old pain. I'm not going to make a six year old bleed. I'm also not going to change what I do well and use a nerf bat because some moron wants to sit on the sidelines and let their minor child fight people three times their weight.
If that means I have to forfeit then that's what I will do. The fact that the rules of this sport allow this is outrageous to me and I can speak out against it whether you like it or not because as a mother and former title holder in this sport that's what I've earned.
So sit down, stop yapping incessantly, and I will show you how a real woman balances motherhood and a dueling career. Your lessons begin now.

What am I supposed to be delivering? As sweet as it sounds I can't beat you until you cry in the tournament because you can't hold rank. I also haven't promised to win the tournament. I readily admit that I don't fare too well in them and there are members of the Crew who are much better built for long single night tournaments. What I have promised is that one day you will all look back and realize that the Crew was hiding everywhere and resisting the movement is hopeless. Will it be after the Warlord Tournament? Probably not. I've got a bigger picture in mind.

History? I am unsure what history you speak of. Your lukewarm dueling career? Kaja's? Kheldar's? If there's someone I missed let me know. Some new recruit from the Arena that I used as a practice dummy last night?Ticallion Carter wrote: Moving on. Obviously, people still haven't given this Mur clown a lesson in history. The Crew stretches well beyond the Graziano name. Trust me. Hold on to the Talon long enough to fight your way back to Warlord and then into a title. You'll see how deep that river runs.
Why wait for titles? I don't speak in riddles like above and you can find me in the Arena often. Come get some chump. I added a placeholder for you and your inept crew members.
~Mur
