It only seems appropriate that I'm responsible for keeping you from winning an Opal, since I've just returned from completing the task of making sure you didn't win the swimsuit competition in Adenna. Unless the other judges decide to take pity on you.

The historic 503-day reign has come to an end; in three duels, Seirichi has earned the right to hold PathFinder! More details later to come; the penguins are holding my ZBox hostage and I need to negotiate its release.

My ZBox is safe and sound, everyone! I only had to give up five hundred and seventy pounds of cod to get it back. It's all good.

So yeah, the challenge. I was there. I saw it. The whole thing, even! From start to finish. So let's get to the bidness, shall we?

Duel one saw Seirichi take the opening lead, which was quickly stolen by Harris. He held on to it until about halfway in, but Seirichi then took it back and ran with it all the way to the end! Seirichi took duel one, 5-3 in 8. In duel two, Harris took the initial lead, and proceeded to never give it up, let it down, run around, or desert it. (He also didn't make it cry, say goodbye, tell a lie, or hurt it.) Seirichi did bring it to sudden death, though. Harris took duel two, 5-4 in 8.

And thus, all the marbles... or rather, the one green rock... came down to the final duel. Harris came out of the gate this time with the lead again, but Seirichi swiped it, even though Harris told her no swiping. She then kept it, and held it tight. From that point, she only allowed Harris a single point in a trade, and took the final duel, 5-2 in 7.

Seirichi is the new holder of the Green Opal, PathFinder! Congratulations, Seirichi, and monumentally reigned, Harris!
