In case you didn't know, or maybe do not watch the news, Irene is planning a visit to New York. Everyone wants to visit NY, even Irene. I really don't want her to come visit, and I did tell her she didn't really need to bother coming over, but you know how these things work. Once she got it in her head there was no stopping her.

I am not in any of the areas that will need to be evacuated, but in case I lose power -- or the apartment above of mine -- there is a small chance I won't be able to call the tournament. If someone could be on stand by just in case that would be appreciated.

I will keep everyone informed as the hurricane moves up the coast.

I won't be available until sometime closer to ten est. I could do it then, tho that is a somewhat late starting time when you figure in the preparation time. We will have to see how it goes.

So far so good, Rain has been hitting Mass since about 11am.

Keeping an eye on things here, since she's got it in her head to stop in to visit on her way to say Hi to Vinny.
