[DUEL Topaz]

Greetings Patrons and Officials of Twilight Isle,

It is with one sad and one happy eye that I post today. The time has come for me to seek and meet new challenges and to retire from the position of DoM Coordinator. I will miss it and yet I am glad to let someone else carry the responsibilty.

Twilight Isle and the Duel of Magic have never sat better for my retirement to be a real possibility. I am proud and glad to leave my successor with plenty of well trained, reliable, enthusiastic and energetic callers, and with a group of active duelers. Eight years and then some is a long time for any volunteer position. Most of the time I've enjoyed working for you and for future patrons of Twilight Isle to make your times spent there as positive and inviting as was within my powers and abilities to do. Of course there was a minute here and there that was not all roses, but I'm sure with a little effort I'll forget those. Thank you, yes you, for your part in all my positive experiences as the Duel Of Magic Coordinator and for your support and help that made my job easier.

At this point I want to thank you, Neo, for volunteering to shoulder all the duties and responsibilities. I hope you will find the position as rewarding as I have in return for all the work, blood and tears I am certain you will put into it.

Thank you so much for spending your own free time over the years working to make everyone else's play experience better. Thank you for being my mentor, my motivation, and my friend. If it weren't for your influence, dedication, and hard work, I would not have had half as much fun in DoM as I did.

Remember that you will always have friends here -- IC and OOC -- and a long history that will keep you and Topaz in our hearts.

As my fellow DoM players have stated above me, don't be a stranger. A Twilight Isle without a Topaz will never be quite as magical as one that is with.

Hello, my dear friend! I know I'm a bit behind, but we did briefly speak the other night before Topaz left with Lucien. I want to thank you as well for all the time that you have put in here. Having been in the position, I know what it takes and you have done an absolutely amazing job of taking care of DoM. I am very proud of the things you have done with the Island over the past several years and wish you happiness and joy in the changes you are making to your life. Just don't be a stranger. LOL, like I'm not proof that the Island keeps tugging us all back.

You are and have been an awesome Sup and I am very proud to call you my friend Topaz will be missed greatly, but her player will be even more so.
