I'd love to take Misty's tower and then quickly have to abdicate it. Good luck Neo, you're going to need an avalanche of lucky charms to defeat me.Neo Eternity wrote:If I accomplish one thing in this tournament, it will be to ensure that Mur Ollavan does not get a shot at the Citadel. I'm entering.

Doesn't the Isle have low enough attendance warrant being at each others' throats should be bottom of the priority list? I don't know what the beef with you two is, but Neo? Your recent comments here and on the challenge notice to Misty really show your ability to separate Neo the regular duelist from Neo the Coordinator. And Mur you know better, or should. Save your bad blood for a ring or take it to some back alley where you both don't have to have to follow any rules. Enough is enough, you're both better than this. You're both grown men over thirty. Show some professionalism.

Alright! Mages! Here's what the Isle looks like tonight! I hope you enjoy.
As each duelest entered the Isle they would notice something quite splendid. In each corner of the Ring section of the Isle there were flags to represent each duelist. A streaming blue and black flag to represent the Keeper of Water, Neo Eternity, Green and gold to represent Artemus Kurgen, Forest Green of Ere and frosted silvery white for the Keeper of Air, Mur Ollavan, Acidic Green and Black for the Archmage Vincent Smith, who would find a couch moved beneath his flag. A long line of food was set out upon a table with a sapphire and emerald cloth. Beneath each flag was a couch and a goblin ready to serve each mage in turn. The same Sapphire and Emerald flag was draped behind the caller’s couch, Sarah beneath it in a gold and black striped uniform. For each late entry there would be separate flags, all of them white and black, draped over a couch and goblin ready to get them a plate of food and a drink. For observers there were tables filled with flags for each person to cheer for and plenty of noise makers. As soon as the clock tolled 9 (EST) the tournament would begin.

In the AMT I was asked to preside over it! There were three combatants and they all fought admirably. By going off the standings, and a little of Neo’s help, I was able to determine that the rings would go as follows.
Artemus vs. Neo
Artemus vs. Mur
Mur vs. Neo
It was understood that Round Robin Style would be used to duel with the hopes of someone winning both of their duels. However by the second match’s end, Mur had the point differential advantage. The only thing that could have kept Mur from winning the tournament would have been for Neo to win by at least three points. Once the duel begun for the third match, both Neo and Mur fought with all their skill and power combined to make an amazing effort. It was quite a Tournament to see.
Artemus A. Kurgen .def. Neo Eternity 5.5-2.5 in 11
MurOllavan .def. Artemus A. Kurgen 5-2 in 9
MurOllavan .def. Neo Eternity 3.5-3.5 in 8
The final duel was stopped early, because point differential per duel was being used as the tie breaker in the event that all three duelists had one win each. If Neo had won and maintained a 3 pt lead, the matches would start over and the Tournament would have gone on same style until a winner emerged. However, when Mur brought it up to a tie at 3.5 with Neo, he sealed his win assuring that the only distance that Neo could possibly attain was 2 points and not the 3 needed to start the Tournament over. Thus, the match was ended early.
And thus, the winner is Mur Ollavan. He is now to challenge Vinny for Archmage tomorrow at 10 pm (Est).

I'd like to thank Sarah for the lovely setup which ensured that I didn't even have to interrupt said drinking time while going blammity on the current ragtag group of mages. Also Neo, next time try Lucky Charm Shower instead of those weird beams, you may just get lucky enough to stop me.
