A Challenge To Anubis Karos
For starters I don't want anyone to get the wrong idea about this. So I'll state up front that I think Anubis is easily the prettiest Baron out of the current field, even moreso than if you smushed Maria and Teagan together into some sort of awesome uber sexy Baron.
With that out of the way I can officially state that I am challenging Anubis Karos for his current station as the Baron of Battlefield Park. I should probably write some other things and threaten him and stuff but I'll let him get the ball rolling with that.

I am so bored of this...
I'm pretty certain that I made it clear that I saw this ring as nothing more than a stepping-stone to the title that is rightfully mine...I am above these baubles that are called Baronies. And yet, the gods have felt the need to draw out the inevitable. As Ticallion Carter is burdened by challenges from vampires and faes who cannot even find the Arena and by lecherous blue imps who will never feel the soft crush of a woman's chest by her choice, I have had to deal with that simpering mongoloid Guillermius. And now that his blood soaks the sands, another reject of the pantheon's designs irritates me.
D'Artanian, evidently you have forgotten how pitiful you are with a blade. Because I wish to entertain myself..and because I suspect that I could have passed on into the Western Lands and still be able to outmaneauver your pear-shaped body with ease, I propose an innovation, one which I used against Pslyder in the Outback. We shall be bound to one another by twinned straps, three feet in length. To our hands will be bound our blades, for your gravy-lacquered palms could not attempt a salute otherwise without a blade slipping away and stabbing you in the foot. Bring what you will; my traditional blades, which have been stained with divine blood, will suffice.
What say you, spawn of a dog?

Dear Anubis,
Hello. My name is Harris. You may remember me from such one sided beatdowns as our match for Pathfinder. Or possibly from our match for IceDancer. Granted, those brawls were over in the Outback, but they have two things in common with this challenge. One, you underestimated me. Two, we fought under your ridiculous stipulations. It'll only make things sweeter beating you under your own rules yet again. I welcome it.
P.S. For future reference, if I'm the spawn of any animal it's something majestic and glorious, like a unicorn.
Your Future Bloodletter,
Harris

Well, Mate. If you can take on a bunch of lousy ninja while poisoned and blind, I have no doubts you can crush Karos come Challenge Night.
I think he needs an attitude adjustment, and I believe you, my blue haired amigo, have what it takes to knock the stupid out of him.
I'll be there. I'll freakin cheer my fool head off for ya.
::Yejix considers betting.::
Does the local bookie take bullion, because I'll wager 4 gold ores on ya.
::a grin.::
