First, I would like to start by saying congratulations to Rena for holding the tower for one whole year!

To celebrate this achievement, I am challenging Rena for her Keeper status.

((Edit to add: I have been informed that Rena is officially on leave of absence, so there is absolutely no hurry on this challenge.))

To the Duel of Magic patrons:

Topaz and I have conferred on this matter, and we've come to a decision in regards to it. Rena was granted a leave of absence, and failed to get in touch with Tormay within 7 days after the end of that leave. She was then unable to show up for the scheduled challenge date.

Hard times do happen, but we can't leave the title in limbo. We've determined that she's unable to defend her title, and have decided to award the title to Tormay by default. When Rena is again able to fight for it, she may return to challenge for it.

As I didn't have to fight to gain the title, I am going to waive the grace period I would normally be granted to anyone who wishes to challenge. Anyone that wants the tower is free to try and take it from me. I look foward to having a good match.
