Challenge to Overlord Anubis

My Squire has a habit of saying a little too much and getting himself if not in trouble, very close to it. This time, he was perfectly right.

Aya Hayashibara has stated intention to challenge for New Haven, but has yet to do so. Looks like I am free, she can take New Haven from someone else, and you are not Teagan. I want to be rid of this ring, and I have been waiting for a good oppurtunity to retake the title of Overlord.

Anubis, I challenge you for your title of Overlord.

Regardless of whether or not I get in trouble for what I say, I don't regret saying it, specifically what I have said in regards to these recent matters. I stand by my words.

My Baron has his own strength that's more than good enough for him, as do I. If he did not, I doubt he would have rendered this challenge.

Upon seeing this challenge posted on the board, the Warlady cannot help but become angry due to her tardiness in pressing challenge to the Baron. It was her own fault, her own procrastination which caused this opportunity to be delayed.

It will not happen again.

She then writes upon the cork with an angry hand.

I failed in my previous attempt to log a challenge within the proper time. The fault is mine. I shall not make this mistake again.

Should it be Tormay, should it be Anubis, or should another event occur where the Barony is awarded to a champion, you may consider yourself challenged. This is more than an intent, it is a promise.

What a challenge!

If not, here's what you missed!!!!

First, Tormay issued challenge to Anubis, who is the Overlord. And the time came, Tormay was fighting with the colors of Gold, Black and light blue, while having Neo as his second and fighting for the Honor of his lovely, bubbly wives, Taneth!

Anubis wasn't colored, cause he has kohl rimmed eyes or something, but he had a Banner with the Eye of Ra (No staff) and it was with a venomous Viper! He was fighting for the Honor of his dulcet wife Dawn Shadowsbane-Karos!

Then we get to the meat of the battle!

Anubis decides to test Tormay with TDL personality.. the Grim Deathlord! Tormay is all "Bloody hell you do! I will counter you with my buddy Neo! Yeah take that you goob!"

Then, before Neo could jump in and fight Deathlord, Renegade Baroness Rena was all "NO! Mine! I'm not letting you Neo! Im gonna fight him, it's my right as a Renegade Baron! So nyah!"

So then it was settled. Some of the patrons were all "Boo" to Rena, but she's cool so let it slide off her. Then Deathlord and Rena stepped in to fight each other!

A long battle, but in the end, Deathlord overpowered the Baroness and won the match by the score of 5-2 in 12 rounds.

This set the stage for Deathlord to fight Tormay! And oh it was interesting if not as long. There was only one round where something didn't happen, and that makes me happy!

So after 9 rounds, Deathlord defeated Tormay 5.5-1.

Of course, this then left Tormay open to immediate challenge by the Overlord's Tester, as per the rules, and Deathlord issued challenge to Tormay. Time and date will be coming soon enough!

What an exciting matchup for me to officiate!
