Luau Menu!

The menu for the Luau was easier to handle. The Twilight Island Goblins were eager to get things rolling.

The first step was the preparation of the Imu for the Pig roast. The Imu is a pit lined with banana leaves where the Pig with sweet potatoes is steam cooked for 6 to 8 hours.

The Menu includes the following Recipes

Kalua Pig
Poi
Sweet potatoes
Luau or laulau
Lomi salmon
Tropical fruit - pineapple, mango and papaya
Haupia
Mai Tais to drink
