Ticallion M. Carter,
I am a man who does keep his word when it is in my interest to do so. At my challenge, you had an opportunity for me to never influence the course of you or yours ever again, but you decided that maintaining an undeserved sense of smugness was more important.
So be it. Besides, my life is more unpleasant at the moment than I would prefer, and I could use an outlet for my rage. To start with, I challenge you for the very same ring which I have taken from you before.

I don't think anyone is going to feel sorry for you because you got handled by the Overlady and your wife on the same night, so I don't know why you even bothered bringing up how unpleasant your life currently is. Besides, we have a saying back home.."You reap what you sow."
I should also point out that being the target of your rage has me trembling in fear. Really, it does. No joke. I'm thinking about leaving town.
Anyway, long story short. I accept, Anubis. Next time though, when you fail a challenge, don't blame me or anybody else who happens to be Renegade just because you can't get the job done or they don't take your "deals". Your word around here probably spends about as well as a wooden nickel.

P.S. I figured about a week ago when this all went down, "Why should I let him have all the fun? He's in a no lose situation by challenging me." So, I decided to make it interesting. I left something for you over at the Outback, you should go check on it. Toodles, Noobles.

::the same notice is left in the Outback and the Arena::
Everyone,
Anubis and I will be deciding both the Dockside Barony and possession of FireStar tomorrow (Tuesday) at 10pm EST in the Annex. We've decided to handle both challenges at the same time with alternating duels as this type of match has already been done (match for the Barony followed by match for the Opal, and so on until both best of threes are finished).
If he is available, we would like for Guill to call the matches. Hopefully everyone can show up as this is sure to be rather interesting.
