Tournament Results - 19 October 2008

On the evening of Sunday, October 19, 2008, six up and coming duelists convened in the Arena to determine who would earn the right to bear the Talon of Redwin through the winter months! With a mix of participants both determined and skilled, there could be only one duelist with the edge to bypass all others and emerge victorious!

In the first round, Malem and Wyheree each got a bye. Scarlet removed Guaire from the tournament, winning 5-3 in 9 rounds. Meanwhile, Matt took the win against Donale, ending the duel at 5-1.5 in 10 rounds.

The second round had Malem defeat Matt -- who was the defending Talon holder -- 5-3 in 7 rounds. Scarlet and Wyheree fought hard, but after 11 rounds Scarlet got the win 5-3.5, moving to the last round.

The final match really didn't happen as Malem forfeited the match by declaring she did not want to fight. This left Scarlet as the winner of the tournament!

Congratulations to Scarlet Moon, the new Talon of Redwin!
