Challenge for the Tower of Earth

The time has come for me to take one of the Towers of Twilight Isle in order to forward my studies and increase my power. Seeing as how the
Tower of Earth has not been defended for quite some time, it is Artemus
Kurgen who I challenge.

Reason:

Anyone meeting the following criteria can challenge a Keeper for their title.

Hold the rank of Enchanter or above.
Be an active member in the Duel of Magic for at least 60 days.
Has not challenged for Keeper status within the last 60 days.
Has not lost Keeper status in the last 30 days.
Does not already hold a Keeper title. If a Keeper desires to challenge another Keeper for their title, then they must first resign from their current title before issuance of challenge.

The Challenge rules state that a challenger must have been active for the past 60 days. Xanth has been active since April 22nd. The time passed since than is definitely less than 60 days.

Xanth, if you feel this ruling was based on mis-information, please contact me right away.

According to my mathematical calculations, I have met the required
60 days of enrollment in order to be eligible to challenge for a Tower.
I therefore press my challenge to Artemus Kurgen for the Tower of Earth.

I made a mistake. Please accept my apologies. Though Xanth does indeed meet the requirement of being active for 60 days, he has issued a challenge in the last 60 days.
