Challenge Grant.

The deadline has come to decide who amongst us shall get the challenge grant prize from the past Madness Tournament. And I have, after long deliberations, decided on who to give this grant to.

I thank everyone who put in their recommendations and thank everyone who helped advise me. This decision was not taken lightly, nor was it as easy as I had thought it'd be.

All those I chose for my list, plus those suggested were excellent recommendations. A few didn't seem to realize that asking for the grant yourself was against the rules I put up, so, I kinda easily eliminated those.

All the rest were more difficult to eliminate. And finally I got the decision to two duelists, Horatio and Felix.

In the end, I decided that the best way to make my choice was an old fashioned Coin Flip. Best two out of three.

The coin has made my decision for me. And the recipient of the grant is:

Horatio Macbeth.
