1. You can duel whoever you want while you're in the room during a Regular stage period, but only duels against TdR participants will be counted for TdR.
2. You only need two duels over the whole three-day period of a Regular stage to be counted in the PDPD standings for that stage, but you are free to duel as many times as you like in that period. Indeed, there are bonus Tour points available for those who clock in the most duels during a stage, as an incentive for the participants to duel as often as they want.
