Saint Paul, MN area.
I think I had one of the first AOL RDI bashes here in '93 - buncha people came camping memorial weekend.
It became an annual event, well annuall bash for the next 3 years. We hit the MN Ren Fest each fall. Met the likes of Siera Red, Mad Mad Max, HyperFrisk, RDI Jade (one of the first AOL RDI DoS callers), Jake and many more.

From A to B and Back Again
I never did make it to any of the MN bashes, but I recall hearing about them every year! Panther (it's weird, I still want to type Panthr) throws a great party, I guess. ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
The Denver bash was fun, definitely. Days spent in breweries and casinos and evenings spent either at a DoS-ish restaurant, or crammed in my apartment, first while someone (was it me? or was that in NY?) called some fancy DoS match or other, then while we all played some lame D&D-esque game. MorganFay and I were the only ones who had never rolled the dice before, and had no idea what we were doing, LOL. We were so bonded after that! FORF, girlfriend!! You don't know how relevant that motto still is.
Anyway... all of this reminiscing makes me realize just how far I haven't gotten. Not in distance, certainly... from Denver I moved to the CO mountains, then to join the VA crowd for a while. Got married and had kids blahblahblah, then when that went south I headed back west where I belong. Not as far west as I belong (born and raised in Hawaii that I was), but the Pacific Northwest is close enough.
Wow, depressing. I'm suddenly faced with the urge to either blog myself to sleep, or... go duel.
Hmmm...

I'm a bit late with this one. I was born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, went to college in New London, Connecticut and now I live in Kodiak, Alaska.
Karen, it's funny, I may actually know your brother-in-law. Nome's incredibly small and I've drank with probably 3/4's of the people there. There's no place like Nome.

Rampant Serendipity...
In the course of a totally unrelated conversation IRL, I found some photos.
From the mid-90's.
In Denver.
And Long Island, NY.
