Tournament Announcement!

With the current retirement of MoonBeryl, and the end of the cycle at hand we have two titles to award. The format chosen to do this will be a Tag Team tournament!

The stipulation on teams is that one dueler on the team must be eligible ot hold Panther's Claw, (ie under the rank of emerald) and the other must be eligible to hold MoonBeryl (ie an emerald)

The date of this event has been set for 06-0411 (April 11th) at 9:00 (eastern)

(( I still have to go back dig up the tag team rules and edit them, hopefully I'll have those before too long ))

In order to allow for a greater number of parings, the DoF staff has decided to extend this event to all-rank partnerships.

In the event that a team ranked other than Emerald-Other wins, the two members of that pair, should they not be able to decide on who gets which prize, will duel for the choice of Opal or Panther's Claw.

Form those pairs, people!
