Lord Asmodeus guides us, Lord Asmodeus guards us,
in His glory is our dream, His victory is our goal,
His will is our order, our lives are in His hand
(Daily prayer of an Asmodean)
Lord Asmodeus is the supreme ruler of Baatezu, master of Ninth Hell. Serving Him means following His orders, conveyed through your superiors in rank, striving for perfection in the field you have chosen to serve Him, be it a path of war or a relatively peaceful way. His mortal worshippers are His Legion, ready to carry His will to heathens of any world He deems worthy of His attention. Loyalty is the first thing He demands of His followers. Honor is second. Intelligence is third.
We are loyal to our Lord. We respect our enemies. We are true to our allies. We are Asmodeans.

Mortal Asmodeans are to strive for improving themselves. Even your reputation is to serve the great cause of the Lord. An Asmodean with good reputation is more likely to bring allies when needed.
Mortal Asmodeans are to follow the orders of those superior in rank, without question or doubt. This simple rule is nothing without trust in your superior - and confidence that your superior would be responsible for consequences of his order being followed. Whenever you give an order - remember, you are the one responsible for this decision.
We may act kindly to others - however do not mistake this for benevolence of do-gooders. Any action of an Asmodean has a consequence. Either you are strong enough on your own, or you become a pawn of those aiding you at times. An Asmodean should try to remain a chess player, not a pawn.
The Lord comes first. In anything and everything. We all realize that one day He may demand a sacrifice - and we know we will follow His word.
