To those who helped in the ring reduction story line

I'm trying to track down those who helped or wrote the story behind rings 5, 7, 9 and 12 crossing over to the other side of the Ward. What I need is a short little synopsis of what happened (or only what is known to the public) to be inserted under that ring's history.
