Diamond 107 Rules

Post by Michelle Montoya »

After consulting with my friends, mentor, and coach, I have decided to take a different approach to the traditional Diamond Rules. I don't care what you drink, or eat, or if you water the Fern, or what ring you decide to fight in.

But I do care about the sport.

At the Real Rhy'din gym we have a scrappy piece of paper that is stuck up on the wall near the punching bags. I credit that piece of faded paper, some team music, and Hope's relentless optimism for my victory in the most recent Diamond Quest.

So for all of those wishing to know the secret to my success, here you go:

THE DOF COMMANDMENTS

1. Always trust your gut! (This supersedes all other commandments)
2. You may NOT USE: SPK, HK, UC, LB
3. Following JBx2 is the High-Low round, JK/LS
4. If you let go of Jab, you let go of your lead
5. Sweep/Snap/Sweep
6. Never Feint Jab, EVER
7. When in doubt, Jab and Pray

======

As an aside, I will be in the Outback every Sunday night from 9:30-11:00 pm ET until the next Diamond Quest. I'll fight you in any sport, but you have to duel me in Fists first. If something comes up, I'll stick a note here.

If you need an official mentor, send me a message.

Have fun out there,
- Michelle

There will be no Defeat the Diamond in the Outback tonight.

OOC: Runt vs. Eregor for New Haven is tonight at 9:30pm. I'm not good at fighting on two chars at once!
