French Kitten
In honor of gatito's very first Diamond win, the Outback is proud to present the French Kitten, playful, sweet, and complex like the Diamond himself!
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz Luxardo Bitter Bianco
1/4 oz La Fée Parisienne Absinthe
1/2 oz Lejay Noir de Bourgogne Creme de Cassis
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/4 oz fresh lemon juice
a dash of Bitter Truth Creole Bitters
chilled brut champagne
Shake spirits, bitters, and juices with ice and strain into a chilled glass, then top with champagne. Garnish with an edible flower or lemon twist.

Breezy and sea-zy, Morgan LaFey's Tusk drink brings a little summer sunshine to the cold season!
1 ½ part Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum
¼ part Coffee Liqueur
3 parts Pineapple Juice
½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Coconut Milk
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake until well chilled and frothy. Pour in a highball glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge, cocktail cherry, and mint sprig.

½ part Lemon Juice
½ part Coconut Milk
