It's time for the Duel of Fists Fall 2020 All Ranks Tournament!

WE’RE GOING BACK TO BASICS!*

The event will be held in the Outback on Saturday, November 14, starting at 8pm by the Eastern Clock (participants must check in no later than 8:05pm; tournament entry will close at that point). Participate in the PathFinder Tournament for some additional benefits!**

Compete for the guts, the glory, and for Fistmelda’s Tusk!

But that's not all! It’s IFL Season so let’s get you ready to rumble!

• Training and/or Strategy Session with Matt Simon or Ria Graziano from TMF

• IFL Season Tickets to the Garden

• IFL Jersey of Your Choice (2 prizes)

• An IFL season’s worth of pizzas from Lil’ Cheetah’s (up to 2 pizzas per week) on Matt Simon’s tab for all your IFL viewing at home

Seedings will be random and the tournament will be Double Elimination (SIngle Elim if there are more than 16 participants).

While a smaller field than was present for the initial Duel of Fists All Ranks Tournament, the Outback hosted 7 duelers for this past Saturday's event.

Seeding was random, and wound up in the following order:

Caleb Feren
Conner Reid
Minion of Deathlord
Haru Jeong
Suturi
Kheldar Drasinia
Mallory Maeda

Mallory opened the night with a shutout over Conner and never looked back, defeating Kheldar and then Suturi to advance to the Finals. Conner, meantime, bounced back from the shutout to make it all the way to the end of the consolation bracket, but fell two points shy of the Finals and lost to Suturi.

Suturi needed to win twice to take the tournament and she beat Mallory's construct to force a winner-take-all fight before narrowly losing the final duel in Sudden Death.

Congratulations to Mallory, who takes home Fistmelda's Tusk! For her second-place finish, Suturi elected Lil’ Cheetah’s pizzas.

Remaining prize selections will be announced as they are chosen by the participants.
