Dragon’s Gate District presents an End of Summer Block Party! The Block Party will run from Eastbridge to the Northern Gate. Various sponsoring businesses will have booths, stalls, food trucks and activities for citizens of Dragon’s Gate and beyond. The district will have local live music running at various points along the long city block, spaced so as not to interfere with each other.

Golden Perch Inn: Neighborhood bar The Golden Perch is supplying beer and sangria for the event, and several of the gnomish sisters will be there serving drinks!
Munro's Famous Ice Cream & Deli: Serving the finest frozen desserts and deli sandwiches anywhere in Rhydin.
The Line: A canopy area will be set up with family-friendly arcade games, sponsored by the Line. There is also an adults-only section with poker and blackjack tables run by The Line’s highly qualified staff. All proceeds will be donated to the Dragon’s Gate Dueling Sword.
Red Orc Brewery: There will be a marked of outdoor licensed venue serving assorted beverages such as Ale, Broot and the classic Badsider. All drinks come with PretzelBoy brand pretzels.
Nicole's Bistro: They will have a booth with mini-pizzas with various topping choices and deserts including baklava and Death by Chocolate ala Colleen, their signature dessert
Jake’s Pit: Pulled pork barbeque stand, sold alongside freshly baked rolls from Bak’d.
Dragon’s Gate Dueling Sword: Hosting youth-friendly mini-lessons in all of the dueling sports, along with professional demonstrations by the instructors. You can also sign up for a free thirty-day trial.
Triple-A-Gym: Andrea Anderson’s Triple-A-Gym will be selling tee-shirts along with other swag.
Rhydin Observatory Complex and Botanical Garden: The ROCBG is offering complimentary showings of classic films in the lecture hall on the second floor starting at 8pm.
Dragon’s Gate Squire Tournament: 9PM ET
Those who come to the Block Party will also get to see a single-elimination tournament for the position of Dragon’s Gate Squire to Baroness Michelle Montoya. In the spirit of encouraging new duelists and participants, all competitors are required to fight at the rank of commoner. Early Seeding will be based on sign-up, the earlier you sign up the better your seeding! Last-minute entries will be accepted. If you’re more than five minutes late, you’ll go to the bottom of the seeding. All participants will walk away with a free blueberry, lemon, or apple pie ((with the associated icon)). The winner will become the new Squire of Dragon’s Gate.
