The Gloaming District is a new housing development located in the southern glade on the eastern edge of Twilight Isle. For those looking to rent homes, the Gloaming District will be added to the Twilight Isle map in the future and a node designating your plot of land will be placed to mark your occupancy! The first district of the Gloaming will consist of twelve homes of varying sizes, including three mansions, four medium houses, and five small cottages over three separate "blocks" along the coast.
All rental payments will go toward future maintenance, benefits, and general Twilight Isle events. Consider it a donation to the Isle with a nice house as a perk.

Eventide Street The southernmost block of the Gloaming is home to four homes. Just south of the Eventide block is a newly constructed beach rental shop, featuring equipment like jet skis, surf and paddle boards, flotation devices, and life jackets. All rentals are free for residents of the Gloaming.

Dusk Palm Drive Dusk Palm Drive is the middle block of the Gloaming District and is known for its coastal gardens and exotic fauna that visit the gardens. Abundant fish traverse the tributaries on either side of Dusk Palm's block and a fishing shack has been set up to sell tackle, bait, nets, and other fishing equipment. A weighing and cleaning stand is also available for those looking to keep their catches.

Twilight Lagoon Avenue Twilight Lagoon Avenue is the northernmost block of the Gloaming and features a roped off swimming area just northeast of the housing area that is exclusive to residents of the Gloaming District. An open air shop sells snacks, drinks, and extras like sunscreen and aloe vera. Cabanas are also available for rent for a modest fee, heavily discounted for residents.

How to Rent
-Reply to this thread with your intention to rent a property.
-Donate the Silver Noble amount to Mairead Harker. Payment only has to be made once, even if you renew next year. Silver will go toward funding prizes and such for future events.
-Be sure to include what the donation is for (i.e. "Gloaming", "House rent", "#4 Eventide", etc)
-Property will be held for 24 Hours after a reply is made. If there is no Silver Noble donation given during that time period the house will return back on the market.
-Post at least once during the subsequent year after renting. This can be anywhere (it doesn't have to be on the Twilight Isle board) and about anything (OOC posts count too!). If you go a year without activity, the property will be released and made available to rent again.
-In the interest of sharing the love, please restrict rentals to one per player (not one per character) until we can judge the popularity and interest in these. Depending on demand more may be made available in the future. Until then, one per player.
