Tippletoe Timbers Presents: The Madness Grand Finals

Come on out to the Madness Grand Finals between Anderson Division Finalist Suturi SKIDSpawn and Ilnaren Division Finalist Gatito Lindo! The headlining event kicks-off at 9PM ET. But show up early! There will be merchandise! There will be prizes! There will be a cheerful gnome serving drinks!

Arena Sponsorship: In the spirit of March Madness, anyone who comes out on the night of the Grand Finals and duels in Duel of Swords will have one win added to their record!

Tippletoe Side-Line: Did your bracket(s) go up in flames? Have no fear! Tippletoe is offering a betting side-line for the Grand Finals. For 100 nobles you bet on who is going to win and by how much. The tie-breaker is predicting the exact score. The winner gets 50% of the total pot and second place gets 30%. The remaining 20% will go to a charity of the Madness Winner’s choice. ((Transfer nobles to Tippletoe Timbers, DM or PM me with your bets! Include: winner, point spread, final score.))

Suturi’s signed posters were signed with everything but her signature. On at least a few posters she put ink on her hands and face and smashed those into the posters (with some blood from her nose). On others words were scrawled, "I AM A FAILED SPAREMINT." On another one she drew a backside and just put "BUTTZ", and on yet another, "I AM NOT A MAD SCIENCER.” Take your pick!

Gatito’s Claw
1 oz cardamom syrup
2 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
1 spritz of fresh lemon juice
2 oz bourbon
Top with dry sparkling wine (preferably Cava)
+ garnish with twist of lemon



Suturi’s Tail Lashing
2 oz Banks 5-Island rum
1/2 oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
1 oz Vieux Pontarlier absinthe
3/4 oz lime juice, freshly squeezed
1/2 oz grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
+ garnish with sliced jalapeno

The total pot, including anonymous contributions and extra thrown in, was 1500 nobles. Since only Sal and Amaris bet on Gatito, and by the same amount, they both get 40% each!

Gatito takes home the Mad Test Free Overlord Challenge Grant, 10 added wins to his record, and a non test-free grant to give out to any active member of the Duel of Swords community!

As second place finisher, Suturi takes home an added 5 wins to her record and a Test Free Challenge Grant that can be used against any eligible Baron of her choice!

(( The 14 day period for the Mad Test Free Overlord Challenge Grant begins Friday, April 23rd at 12am. If the Mad Test Free Overlord Challenge Grant is not used within those 14 days it will convert into a normal test-free Overlord Challenge grant that may be used during this cycle (as long as it does not fall within the 14 day grace period before the End of Cycle tournament).

Suturi's Test-Free Barony Challenge Grant and Gatito's Giftable Grant are both usable/giftable now. The official 14 day period of their usage also begins tomorrow, Friday April 23th at 12 AM. ))
