Shinrar isn't the most intimidating of men, only 5'8" and with a single feature that truly makes him stand out from the crowd; his hair naturally grows out in a shade of sapphire blue. His eyes are an unassuming and lighter shade of blue than his hair, although you're more likely to see them hidden behind sunglasses or the scope of a rifle than not. His build is a proper, fit one, and his style of dress can only be described as "crisp" or "professional."
