Appearance:

Kiyoshi is of no imposing height, standing the average of his people at 5'7 although if you asked he would have added the half inch. His skin was fair but not pale, hands calloused but gentle. Hair wild and long, fought between chestnut and chocolate, the hints of the former fading in and out with the light. It was his eyes that were his most striking feature. They were the color of rubies yet were more inviting than sinister, and gave him an exotic allure. Rounding out his countenance were simple, comfortable clothes consisting of traditional black Hakama with a brown belt, worn over a Kimono dyed black with brown trim. He can often be seen carrying a rattan staff with a long pink ribbon attached at one end. It was the only thing that didn't quite match the look, but it would be removed only when his fingers ceased to grip his weapon.

Skills:

A student of Bushido, the way of the warrior, Kiyoshi yearns to learn every facet of the art, to be a truly formidable combatant in any situation. He has found near perfect form with a bo, and favors the weapon, but excels in hand to hand, as well as bladed combat. Though victory and honor drive his inner focus, he is quick to try new and uncertain things, often finding ways for him and Maiko to get in trouble, and rarely sits still unless there is a good reason.
