WARNING: DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND WITHOUT SUFFICIENT MANPOWER AND WEAPONRY.

Spelloyal is to be considered armed and extremely dangerous at all times. He is currently serving time for the following:

39 counts Murder (1st degree)
8 counts Attempted Murder
72 counts Assault with a deadly weapon

Skills:

An experienced pilot, with a cunning sort of intelligence and lethal close-combat abilities. Short blades and bare hands are his style, though he's comfortable with inflicting blunt-force trauma with an improvised cudgel if necessary.

The eyeshine the military gave him allows him to see in complete darkness as if it were daytime, but makes any kind of bright light painful - hence the very dark glasses he always wears.
