The left side of his head has been completely replaced with cybernetics. The left side of his brain is now an advanced logical processing unit. His left eye gleams bright red and gives him enhanced vision. The left side of his skull shines with a golden sheen replete with golden rivets.
The left arm all the way to his left pectoral muscle have been completely replaced with a golden plated arm. The arm functions as more than just an arm, it has a built in 3D printer that allows Z to create small to medium sized objects on command.
