Xo'Eelli is a place of myth, old when legends were budding sprouts in the first age of mortals. Wherever his origins, much remains lost to time.

Appearance:

This grim, callous, and somewhat shrewd man stands approximately 6'4" in height, possessing a sturdy frame of a sinewy 220lbs. The whole of his keen iridescent eyes once registered a hue of deep crimson, but now give off an electric blue-white radiance. His hair, once a glossed-black, still hangs past his shoulders to the middle of his back, sometimes fastened by a spun-gold or spun-platinum cord, though now it holds the hue of quicksilver. His flesh has changed as well; from dusky tones to those of highly polished obsidian, the skin is preternaturally smooth to the touch - refractory to but the gentlest caress. There are decidedly noteable eldritch points to the tips of his ears, not unlike an elf or sylvan creature. Also, at the end his fingers and thumbs are inch-long conical - slightly curved - talons of a deep onyx black hue, uncannily sharp and deadly in purpose as in appearance. Blood of aristocrats, his bone structure is a tell tale sign of proper breeding, however, the sinister shadow that once lay coiled like a viper beneath the surface of a calculated calm facade has trasmuted to encompass him as a staple if his vicissitude. Scars, however slight the minutae thereof, have vanished - the what, why and how is still up for debate.

His Attire:
Knee-length tunics [silver], & tooled-leather breeches [black]; voluminous, cowled, open-front robes of fine velvet-like material are imbued w/ various enchantments & sentience, blue & papal-purple rune-cut sapphires line its stylized trim [royal blue & silver w/ black trim] , leather swordsman's gloves & soft-soled knee-high boots of expert-craft tooled-leather [also black].

Visible Weapons:
An ensorcelled, sentient, greenish-black alloy bastard sword with egg-sized emerald jewel pommel (clutched in mithril & platinum taloned claws) and a hilt of mithril and platinum filigree -- lined with arcane, hidden sigilli and another, centrally located, egg-sized emerald gemstone -- lay belted beneath the drape of his robes {Major Artifact/Relic [Epic]}.
At times, he can be seen with a long, darkwood staff scribed with sigilii and runes of all types, shod in mithril. The fist-sized transparent emerald skull adorning the top has been eschewed for one comprised of black diamond {Minor Artifact/Relic [Epic]}.

His Jewels:
A platinum & electrum signet ring, complete with blue sapphires, canary diamonds, and rubies wrought in the shape of a tripple-dragon ouroboros set snugly in a hemispherical onyx-stone backdrop, adorns his right ring finger; this being only one of ten rings he wears simultaneously.
A platinum & blue star-sapphire robe/cloak-clasp, the letters CoRVI detailed in electrum around the coin-sized jewel.
The small, hemispherical blue sapphire crystal adhered to the third-eye chakra area of the forehead causes viewing by all devices, spells, or powers that detect, influence, or read emotions or thoughts - as well as those with mind-affecting or scrying effects - to be foiled instantly (once cloaked/glamoured in powerful dwoemers, this gem is now seen easily by any who care to stare too long).

Skills:

This "Black Wizard," as the Seer has come to calling him, seems to be very proficient in spellcraft. Swathed, perpetually, in what seems to be an aura of "shadow," unless the extraordinary ability is currently nullified, one could say he is well versed in the manipulation and control of magic as well as other obscure or unnatural things. Those who have seen him fight in melee know well that he is not as impotent at wielding arms as one might believe. He has a skill with herbs and poltices, poisons and potions, and has been known to be a collector of fine things. There lay many secrets trapped behind those fiery eyes; perhaps time will tell what they are.
