If you wait long enough, everything comes 'round full circle. A long chain of events was at last broken. Two years in the service of The Disciple, she had been The Sin Eater. She had died.
But not everything that dies, remains dead. Cloned from what she once was, there was no evidence of that umbilical attachment. The clone was imperfect, flawed.
Reborne, she was new, filled with a tangled mass of memories yet to be categorized. The repainting of her life, it was like a book she had not read, the pages all out of sequence.
