Tall, thin but muscular, very pale, black oily shoulder length hair, inkwell eyes, always sneering or staring deep into your soul, usually wearing fine but simple clothing. You'll kindly ignore the light scar in the middle of his forehead. He will not respond well if pressed about it.

Well versed in magic as well as sword fighting, frighteningly adept at torture and manipulation, educated and well spoken. He was dead for a while, but he certainly was not going to let such a lowly common detail affect him.
