Appearance:

The Watchmaker has spent a great deal of its existence in a state of permeable existence. When manifesting, The Watchmaker primarily materializes amidst a cloud of golden sand as a man in his forties, with greying hair and a beard in a simple suit. He carries with him a pocket watch which he has often been depicted as a possible source of his power in his world of origin, hence his name The Watchmaker. It is mechanical and antique, with many dials and an hourglass filled with glowing golden sand that is always flowing.

Skills:

The Watchmaker is omnipresent and omniscient while within the reality of their world of origin. It is possible for them to dampen certain stimuli, but never to completely shut them out. They are, however, not a God as they hold to the concept that Gods are not tailor-made. Instead, they believe themselves to be a response or a rule.

While outside their world of origin, they have limited access to some of their capabilities. They are no longer omnipresent or omniscient, but can still alter their form at will and teleport throughout any plane they are currently on.
