No visible markings. Sometimes wears a silver bodysuit and standard utilities such as hip holster, tactical belt, light armor for hips, arms and chest. She generally wears her headset as well. Other times, she is dressed more casually, especially if she's not coming directly from her ship.

Free with her emotions. Her sister, Tricia Tanaka, is dead. Killed by a meteor that struck a restaurant she was inside of between takes of a segment on her newscast.

Among her skills is what can be considered cowboy diplomacy, piloting, navigating, adequate medical training. her reflexes are quick and she has a well developed survival instinct. She also speaks ten different languages, which are:
