Scrawny might be the nicest way to describe him. Lanky might work. Underfed is probably more than accurate too.

His blond hair is shaved about as close to his head as possible and still claim to be hair.

He stands about 6'5" when he actually bothers to stand straight.

His skin is still a bit pale now that the layers of dirt and grime have been removed. He's getting some sun though so he might get a farmer's tan before the summer is over. Freckles? Oh yeah.

His clothes are now clean and he's got two sets. Sturdy work clothes, and when he's out in the sun a straw cowboy hat to block the sun. Work boots, work pants, work shirt, leather gloves.
