Larry Foulke, born 1967 in a small town in Belka. Not much is known of his childhood except that he only went to two years of High school. Upon reaching the age of adulthood he left Belka and used his wits and quick reaction times to get himself into a mercenary role. In 1993 he earned his nick name "Solo Wing Pixy" By flying an F15e with one wing for over 2 hours and making a successful landing.

In 1995 he found himself in Ustio as a Fighter pilot during the Belkan war and then served as a soldier in the frontlines of Second Usean Continental War
