Manami's eyes are an unusual light brown. The coloration is more noticeable in strong light. She tends to favor bright colors except when working on sensitive missions with the Kabuki Shinsegumi unit.

Top student of the kunoichi Aya Mori, member of the bamboo society and Kabuki Shinsengumi group. A daughter of a family of clairvoyants, her bloodline is mingled with the essence of a powerful evil spirit worshiped by the people of her village as a corruption of a deity of rice. Though the intended ritual possession that would have completed the merger with the dark deity was prevented, Manami retains gifts of supernatural health as her birthright and occasionally still experiences clairvoyant visions.
